Q2: Warranty for the product?
A2: 12 months warranty on major components.
Q3: How about the delivery time for the products showed in website?
A3: Normally 15-35 days after down payment. and most of compact small machines have stock , can be shipped in around 7 days.
Q4: How many days we need for sending shipping documents?
A4:Usually within 5 days after vessel shipped out.
Q5:Can you add our own logo on the products or use our designs?
A5: Yes, Of course you can add logo on the product you bought on condition that you will issue letter of authorization of the brand.

Q6:Can you send the machine to my factory in other city to load the container?
A6:Yes,please tell us the detail address, We can arrange to send to your factory in time with a reasonable charge on transportation.
Q7:How can the machines be send to us?
A7:Most of our products are heavy and big, it’s cylinder contains hydraulic oil. so it is only suitable for sea-shipment in terms of cost.
Q8: What is the way of the packaging?
A8:The product adopts industry standard packaging for transportation such like wooden case packing, pallet packing, carton on pallet packing and film wrapped on iron pallet packing.
The packaging way of the product depends on its size, weight, and product price.
Q9:Is the product colour will be same as our photo of the product?
The colour of the product image is our commonly used colour, but the colour of the finished product may not necessarily be the colour of the product image. If the product is only one or two samples, it usually depends on what colour our painting workshop was working on at that time. If customers want specific colours, they can customize them at an additional cost.
